Auschwitz: BBC Film project
During the weekend of the 18th - 20th March Fabian visited the sites of the Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps as part of his determined campaign to cherish the memory of the millions of Jews who were exterminated by the Nazis during the second world war and to ensure that new generations always remember the atrocities that can result from racism and hatred.
On this occasion, Fabian is taking part in a local BBC project in Leeds to film a visit to these camps by two local teenagers, one a Jew and the other a Muslim from schools in Leeds and Bradford. The broadcast is being made by the well known BBC Local radio presenter, Liz Green and part of Fabian's contribution is to act as adviser for the film production.
