He will start at the Ziff Centre and travel via ferry from Hull to Rotterdam, going on then via Utrecht, Osnabrook, Hanover and Postdam. Fabian will be accompanied by his wife Rosy in a support vehicle.
Fabian plans to tweet and blog as his journey unfolds so that his supporters may stay in touch with his progress.
