Fabian has taken on a number of chairmanships and officer positions in some of the informal All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) set up so far in this Parliament. They include the Chair of the Groups on: Tibet, Prison Health, Hospices & Palliative Care, Education,Turkey and UK Sikhs. He is also an officer of the Groups on Iceland and Japan and involved in the Groups on France and North Korea as well as the Labour Friends of Israel and India.
Sadly, Fabian was not re-elected to the Foreign Affairs Select Committee for this Parliament.
