Valley Terrace Woodland
Stop the Destruction of our Woodland
Residents of Valley Terrace, Shadwell, are determined to fight a planning application which would destroy an area of natural beauty.
Fabian is supporting the residents of Valley Terrace and the surrounding residential streets in their fight against a planning application which has been made to Leeds City Council to build three detached homes on a piece of land surrounded by houses whose gardens back onto the wooded area.

The only access to the land would be through the driveway of a bungalow at number 16 Valley Terrace whose owners have also applied to demolish half of the house in order to build a road through to the woodland.
To help the residents' campaign, Fabian is pleased to be able to create a micro-site to help fight the proposals. The micro-site includes details of the planning application itself, how to lodge an objection, names and contact details of local Councillors and a list of reasons why the proposed scheme should not be allowed to go ahead.
